4. Connected Accounts & Platform API Data

Some HexxGen services let you connect your accounts on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn so we can manage your marketing for you. When you authorise a connection, we access only the data needed to provide the service you request, and only while the account stays connected.

Google: through the Google Ads API and Google Business Profile API we access your advertising campaigns, ad performance, spend and conversion metrics, and your business profile information, reviews, posts and insights. HexxGen's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram): through the Meta Graph API we access the Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts you manage, so we can publish posts and read engagement and insights at your request. Our use of Meta Platform data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

LinkedIn: through the LinkedIn Marketing APIs we access your profile and the Company Pages you administer, so we can publish posts and read engagement and analytics at your request. Our use of LinkedIn data follows the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.

You can disconnect any platform at any time from your HexxGen dashboard, which removes the stored access tokens and associated data; you may also email help@hexxgen.com to request deletion. Across all connected platforms, we retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service, and we do not:

• sell or transfer your connected-platform data to third parties such as data brokers, advertising networks, or information resellers;
• use it for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalised advertising;
• use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes;
• allow humans to read your private platform data, except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security, or where required by law.
